Now, if you live in Minnesota, you know we're in the purple zone right now. I find a couple of things interesting about this graph:
- There isn't anything cold on this chart besides the purple zone.
- Despite the equation at the bottom of this chart, if you try to use the on-page calculator with values outside of the ones shown in the chart (e.g. 70 mph wind speed or -50 degree temp), the page shows an error message that you can only enter values that are on the chart.
So, math only works if the number is on this graph, I guess.
